Then if they don't pay their bill how is BOA going to garnish any wages from a false SS number? go figure. Glad I do not bank with them.

A couple of years ago I worked for a Credit Card company as a Client Server Engineer. Basically people with poor credit, no credit, whatever, we'd give them all a credit card with a $400-$500 limit. Of course the first thing people do is go out and put about $300 on the card figuring the payment will be low, its only a couple of hundred bucks right.....well, on the last day of the billing statement, they would then throw on the card sign-up fees of roughly $250. These fees were disclosed in some legal mumbo jumbo in the finest of fine print

Now you are over you credit limit and they tacked on the over limit fees...god forbid you are late, same thing. Their yearly percentage rates were always some of the highest. I recommend to avoid them like the plague.

    Applied Card Bank
    Applied Card Systems.

One thing about credit that I learned is this, say you have two credit cards, A/B. You are a little behind on CC A. CC B probably has it in your service agreement with them that if you fall behind on another CC, they can jack up their rates because you are now a risk to them.....its total BS. I worked for the worst of all Credit Card Companies....I couldn't get out of there fast enough. If you think they treat the customers bad, think about the slaves, I mean employees that they actually have to pay money.

I doubt that all of the others will fall into lock step with Bank Of America. These guys are a unique breed of lowlife that tends to stand out in the crowd above all the others.

I too have a credit card with them that I will be paying off this month and then kindly telling them where to go. I suggest that all of their tellers and employees learn to speak arabic and mexican real quick. Next thing you know, B of A will be providing an islamic prayer room that faces Mecca in each branch so these a-hole terrorists can pay a little hommage to Allah before they cram one up our arse.

Find a small local bank or credit union to do business with and you won't be sorry. The smaller banks can't afford to piss off all of their customers with shady and anti-customer/ anti- American stunts like this.
