sounds like the day i left coinjock headed for morehead city and i asked an oldtimer, "what is it like in the pamlico sound - waves?" and he said, "waves? never gets above 2-4 in the Pamlico!" GUESS WHAT, i left in 50 MPH noreaster and was in 5-7 footers IN THE FREAKIN PAMLICO SOUND all friggin day took me to get to morehead.
but i know that will be my home some day soon.
