I just got off the phone with CDM after sending in a pair of stringers and fathoms with the same malfunction. I have done business with CDM for years without a complaint. Both pairs broke on the right temple on the frame within a week of one another. My 3rd pair just had the same problem today and they want to charge me 60 bucks when in the past they only charged if you broke a lense. Now I gotta send in the third pair and get charged 45 more. I realize 3 new pairs would cost me much more but why the change in warranty. I mean they broke when I was cleaning the freakin lenses! It's not like I pitched 'em into the wall! I know theres a CDM rep on here and I'm hoping for some explanation from him
