It took me six weeks to get a response from CDM? That was only after I visited my UPS store where I had shipped them from to prove CDM had my glasses! It seems to be the same story with them. Assess and reassess then do nothing. My glasses are less than 6 months old. A lens fell out of my frame and broke. There offer after 7 weeks, a new pair for 169.00 No thanks! My dealer where I purchased my CDM glasses would take care of my problem but I thought It might be a better idea to drop CDM from their inventory, for poor customer service practices. I plan to use my influence on several dealers that I know. Dont be afraid to express your opinion with every CDM dealer you may come in contact with.
