    Christmas is Jen's family at our house this year.
    Apps: Assorted meats and cheeses/crackers, pigs in a blanket(her brothers favorite) warm spinach an artichoke dip
    Soup: Crawfish Bisque
    Main course: Prime rib slow roasted, Shallot Au Jus and creamed Horseradish
    Starch: Roasted sweet potatos w/brown sugar and spices
    Garlic mashed red skin taters
    Veggie: carrots and string beans

    Dessert: Jens been baking cookies all week, Apple pie with vanilla bean ice cream or pumpkin pie

    For dinner tonight, was Island Shrimp. We either have Oysters or Shrimp the night before Christmas.

    I get off easy this year. Bought a couple pies down the street at the bakery. They were so busy, it would of been easier to make them myself I think. Have a great christmas everyone.......
