When Giant Bluefin Tuna are the game I think most people tend to get a little sickness called Bluefinitis. There isnt a cure but a bent over 130 seems to make the pain go away.

    box great video.
good luck witht the season this year!!

I have had my eye on these for a long time,. They are very reasonably priced ($370) breathable dry suits. I like the idea of just wearing this with a bunch of fleece underneath, as an all weather suit. These arent diving suits, but will allow you to float indefinately (with a lifejacket). There is no hand/face protection, but I like the idea of wearing it at all times, just in case (its cold enough out there, anyway). That way, I would have time to do other things (radio, flares, grab water/food/raft/ebp) instead of spending a couple minutes trying to put one on. I do a lot of ho'ing, so I have to rely on other's survival kits.
I like to idea of being able to grab essentials, and then spending my last two minutes puting on the gorrila life suit so id have some SERIOUS protection. If I were out in 50 degree wter, id want one of these under the survival suit, or as stand-alone protection. The rubber gaskets make them watertight.

I just thought Id link to these. They are made for Kayakers. but are totally watertight. People kayak with them in the Friggin Arctic circle!!!:

Edit: I know a guy who did two seasons crabbing in northern Alaska. He said they would put those (Survival suits) on before they went to bed at night, and strap themselves into the bunks, so they didnt get thrown off!!!

nice video but here a tip for you........ When you store your suite leave a few plastic trash bags in the bag. If you ever have the need to don your suite put a trash bag on each 1 of your legs you survial suit will go on much easier
