The narcissist is described as turning inward for gratification rather than depending on others and as being excessively preoccupied with issues of personal adequacy, power, and prestige. Narcissistic personality disorder is closely linked to self-centeredness. It is also colloquially referred to as "the God complex."
It seems that Hubris will name call and act like the baby he is whenever he doesn't get his way. Like the bully in the school yard.
The Coast Guard didn't want him as of July 10, 2009, so now he bashes them. Read it yourself.

Ha! That's pretty funny!
All that aside, the USCG did a fantastic job down here coordinating efforts with the local agencies (as they always do) in the rescue/recovery of the Haitian sloop victims. I commend them. We've encourage our sons to consider joining if they want a life on the ocean as some of them have expressed.
Thanks Fishitout from me and the USCG Commandant says to thank you too.
those are awsome pics and the coast guard deserves a lot of credit. Thank you to all that have served.
Saw the EAGLE in NYC..incredable sight to see...Our local boys roll thru on thursdays, from Southport to G-Town, RIB W/ twin 200's, 'dem boys bee smilin'. as with any LEO agency, the thing those boys need is MORE MONEY..taking to much of a hit with the budget cuts.
I'm a Marine. Always will be. Two combat tours in Viet Nam. Spent most of my time within 3 clicks of the DMZ.
I remember the Viet Nam War Era very well. With that said, the Coast Guard has come a long way since those bad old days.
For those of you that aren't old enough or maybe forgot . . . we had a draft back then. When you got drafted you stood a pretty good chance of going to Nam.
Unlike today, we didn't use Reservists to fight. As a result there were long long lines of applicants to get into the reserves. The motivation wasn't so much to serve by 99% of those people (including Bush) it was to avoid the draft.
The Coast Guard was the same thing. By joining the Coast Guard you avoided the draft.
In fact, in those days it really helped to be "connected" to get into the reserves/Coast Guard. That was one of the things that Bush took heat for. A lot of politicians' sons somehow made it.
I think that's why you find some people in my age category with a bit of a negative view of these guys. It was better than going to Canada, that's for sure.
But with that said, they have an important job and now that they aren't made up of draft dodgers it's a different scene.
That's a great looking boat and I'd be proud to serve on her today.
By the way, I also recognize the fact that Viet Nam was not a popular war and people did what they did. All I can say to justify my actions is "IT WAS THE ONLY WAR WE HAD ! !".
LOL!
