as for me being from the area up north as you guys would say. we have seen these all year long and cant figure it out ourselves they have created some problem when drifiting livies becuase they wrap around the line an collect others and the tuna can see it. but i would love to know what they are
They look like some kind of larvae - Just can't guess what species...
It's a blast when a wave blast them under the wet suit, over the top of the surfboard getting caught up in the wax, while surfing Nauset beach this time of year!
