LOOKS LIKE THE OLD BOTTOM FISHING STABILIZER ARM WITH THE HEAVY PLANER BLADE I DEALT WITH ON THE OLD "DOLPHIN ONE"...MHC BACK IN THE LATE 70'S

WE USED TO RUN THE BLADE DOWN ON A CHAIN AND IT WOULD CREATE ENOUGH DRAG OR PRESSURE AGAINST THE WATER TO LESSEN OUR SIDE ROLL WHILE ANCHORED UP.....I HAVE EVEN SEEN THESE USED WHILE TROLLING ROUGH WATER

Looks like fun to untangle in a pitching boat on the high seas, throw in a little ice and make it real special.

yea, i was thinking a tangled stabilizer wing as well. i was in a shop that makes them a couple days ago...
