    It's a tuna eyeball (Maguro no medama). They eat them in Japan where they cost about a buck each. We tried shipping them to Japan years ago along with the Noten and Hoho-Niku meat. At one point they had some value due to the Hyaluronan (DHA) they contained but it wasn't worth the trouble...
