    So here goes with my first clueless post ever. Who can identify what these little guys are. The mackerel off Great Boars Head in Hampton NH were full of them this AM when we were making bait.

    Jimbo "Redbeard" Dunn knows his stuff. The mackerel were full of baby herring. Quite a little example of the food chain. They macks were eating the herring and the blues and stripers were eating the macks and the birds were picking up the mess.

    Its good to see what keeping the midwater boats out of the waters has done in so little time. The fishing so far this year has been the best in years according to some that have been doing this longer them I have been alive. Hopefully it stays like this.......
