    If ya own a boat and want to store all your blige and gray water on your boat until you can dispose of it properly Don't do anything and it will be law. OTHERWISE contact your congressman..................http://capwiz.com/boatblue/issues/al...ertid=11149271

    Read the take action part under the document. This is a letter that will be sent to the legislators to take recreational boater off this act. You are not agreeing with this act but sending a letter to exempt recreational boaters....Mark
