    Chinese yellowfin. gars, and BB's...

afew excerpts from the last freelance trip...

been trolling stretch 30's for an hour at the horseshoes when we go by the rig and a two way jackfish attack takes place. We release those two and swing around after I said, if it happens again we gotta go. Well we had 5 out and all 5 got eaten. All chinese yellowfin...Old dude lost his pants during reelage.Fell flat on rod passage seemingly humping the cooler After moderate screaming and yelling over and under all were boated.

We stopped on a gannet school diving hard and tried the chunks for nothing.

Going between rigs at about 20 knots the strangest thing happened. On a 1 year old 303 Grady White the wraparound port side window just exploded equal glass outside and inside. I have absolutely no idea why the glass blew out. Old dude said something about a gun that I didnt really hear and then saw him on the deck digging in the glass...What are you looking for Walter I asked...I don't see any BB's he said...BB's I asked????Well somebody shot the window out he said

The other shit I will save for later

Sounds like you caught just as much as every other charter boat captain this weekend. Should have stayed inshore, seemed like the reds were hungry. Maybe next time Mikey, it only gets better from now on til summer!!! Maybe the old dude had a flash back from Vietnam? Was he hung like a horse? Any Stains? I know you looked

    Not sure about that bud:)

But old Walter is one funny dude! I'm sure the stories will continue this summer. I might start the "Walter Chronicles"

Nice trip bro. We had a window just let go like that on our Baja Islander Sport Boat. Let go right in my face at about 50 mph. Got hella cut. Safety glass my a$$! Those braces/frames come loose or weaken it'll let go. I'd be sending pics to Grady if I were him.
