Fished with some new friends on this 27 custom Tides, started on the 490s 25 fathoms saturday morning hooked the first sail of the day at 0815 didn't have time to call him in before we jumped him off. Made a hard turn and had another crash the long line that didn't come tight. Fished around a while and headed up the beach 3 miles from the 90 we git another nibble on the left rigger feed it back no one home he then hits the long line and we had to give it to him 4 different times for 6 to 8 seconds before we hooked him first billfish for this boat under the new owner and everone was stoked. Saturday morning pull her back at 14 bouy and fish off to the 90 we have a nive hoo air out 6 feet on the right short and proceeds to it everything before coming tight on the long line, we boxed him and had several more wahoo bites in 25 fathoms. We fished a costa rica spread 5 dinks and 1 horse with wide ranges for the teasers. Enjoyed the tournament and thanks to the Job Site for letting tuck in behind them on the way back to the hill Saturday evening. Hey box who won the bent butt 80 wide?
