I find Charlie almost impossible to watch. He is about as strange as a three Dollar Bill. That being said I think I might enjoy Fishing with him. I know that doesn't make much sense . Anyone else feel the same way ??

WHEN INSTALLING A REEL....LETS SAY A 30 OR 50 ONTO A ROD WITH AN ALUMINUM BUTT....

ONE SHOULD HAND TIGHTEN THE FERULE SEEDING THE REEL DOWN FIRST.......THEN LITELY TAP THE ROD BUTT ON A HARD SURFACE DOWNWARD.....THEN HAND TIGHTEN SOME MORE......THEN REPEAT THE TAPPING THE BUTT DOWNWARD PROCESS......THIS ACTION FORCES THE REEL SEAT INTO A SOLID POSITION.


THEN APPLY A STRAP WRENCH TO FERULE FINISH THE TIGHTENING PROCESS.....

That does make sense. Thanks for the info. Sorry, didn't have my coffee early enough this morning. I generally like everyone I meet after talking to them. I guess I should be actually looking at the producers who tell these guys how to act and what to say. Charlie probably is a pretty good guy in person. I just can't stand his show.
