Capt_John & Ambergris Cay

I just got off the phone with Capt_John. The Cay does not have internet as of yet so his reports will come shortly. From what I understood, ( lot of wind in his phone ) they only lost a couple of buildings, NO homes, as well as NO LOSS OF LIFE!!! It seems that got everyone off the Island in the nick of time. They do have a lot of landscaping damage to fix and managed to doge one heck of a bullet...praise the lord...
Sounds like they have a lot of clean up to do but that about it. John hopes to give you all a report by the end of the week. If I here from him again, I'll let you know...

That is great news Capt. Lee and probably better then we all expected. Look forward to getting the good kind of reports from Capt. John cranked up.

Remarkably, no loss of life anywhere in the TCI has been reported...

Sounds like they got it pretty much like we did... that's good news...

The waters around here are still stirred up and murky. I'm wondering if that affects the fishing? (Not that we'll be going any time soon! )
