Occupation: I havent decided yet.
Sea clams for the spades. Small strong hook & 20 lb. flouro. When they are super finicky I tie the hook straight to 12 lb. test geen Trilene big game thats on my reels and use a small piece of split shot about 2 ft. above the hook. Drop the baited hook back with a few chunks.

How are you guys getting the cudas to bite? I can get them to chase a tube lure but they wont commit..??

Great catches guys, you guys are hot!!!
As for the Spades...12 pound floro, 6 to 12'. # 12 bronze 4x strong treble hook. That should do the trick for ya. Hide the treble so the only the mono shows...

Thanks Dolphinfrenzi, shorepower and Capt Lee for the advice.
Next time we go out we'll try our best to let the kids touch a real one and get you a picture! Jellyfish are all over at the Cape so it must be the time of the year to do this...

Good job up here for spades anything over 15lb flouro and you might as well stay at the dock.
