    Cape Fear inshore

Fall fishing is getting off to a decent start..by far my favorite time of year. very glad to see that the trout are already biting right around the house. Topwaters and jerk baits..missed quite a few bigguns but this year just mite be the year for a true gator. The drum seem to be in full swing..caught a handful of flounder the last few trips as well. Enjoying this fall weather

Its been a while since ive posted a report, i just got the camera back up and running. Lost some pics but still have a couple from the last few days.

Good going Brandon, nice to see you getting them. The MirrOlure by the Trout is that a 17m or the new 27m. Love that color...
What did you get the Flounder on, for me they seem to want the grubs still...
    MirrOlure when big fish count!

    Thanks guys

Lee, its the new Morrodine XL..the color is new as well BCH. I never messed with the mirrodines much untill the bigger ones came out.

Most the flounder were on plastics indeed. A few on spinner baits.

Well done Brandon. I am glad you have your camera up and running again. Great looking fishes. You and I have the same sentiments about this time of year.
