Can this be repaired?
So I was going through my fishing gear after deployment and I realized one of the guides was missing the inner ring things(not a clue what it's actually called).
Can I have this fixed some where?
Thanks,
Tim

Nappy Haired Tackle Ho
yes, they more than likely will have to put a new guide on, but it can be repaired.

Awesome! Does anyone know where in the NC area that I can have it fixed?
Preferably in the Jacksonville or Wilmington areas.
Thanks,
Tim

Tim this can be a do it yourselfer. Ive replaced the entire guide before. Some of the threads on here detail how to remove, wrap, and epoxy the guide. I used sand paper to remove the epoxy on mine. It worked but there may be a better way.

If Ignorance is bliss, Why aren't more people happy?
Tim,
How big is the guide? I've got a couple of #16's floating around. I'd be happy to send you some thread and epoxy too if you want to try it yourself...
To remove the old guides, score the thread (don't cut all the way to the blank, then heat with a heat gun - gently. The epoxy will soften, and may just pop off - if not, you will be able to peel the old thread off like peeling an orange...

Good info from clt_capt. Do it yourself or Tex's Tackle will do it for you.

Crab mustard is good
Take to a rod builder so he can match the color thread - tackle shops have relationships with local builders to do the work right........Good luck..........ICM

the Reel Outdoors in Emerald Isle will fix it
