I think Admin is going to let me have this space
Timely question. I just superglued three of the ceramic ring things back in to the metal guides on two poles, but I had the rings still on, riding loose on the power pro
I am basically thinking that going forward I am just going to start buying only rods with the roller guides. I have about a dozen rods with busted guides on them right now. But nobody here fixes them. A shame.

Thanks guys!! You're all pretty awesome!! I'll at least keep it for a bit and have Frank take a look at it. If he can't do anything with it I'll be bringing it over to you Joe!
Thanks again!

I know it wasn't you! It's not one of the rods you borrowed.

Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
all you need to do is mix up some jb weld , color it the same as the rest of the guids and put it on. it will be runny at first but after about 20 minutes it will get tacky. then all you have to do is get a piece of pipe cleaner and wet it. you can sculpt the jb weld with the wet pipe cleaner until you reach the desired apearence. let it harden over night. it will never fail you again. tackle tip of the month.
