BOX I need a place to VENT!
Here I am again. Yes it is me the same person for over a year now dealing with these idiots at Evinrude and my boat dealership. I have emailed many people at Evinrude got a phone call today from Director of Warranty threatening me with legal action if I did not take the site down. But the real problem is the egg on their face so I reworded some things. I have emails and phone numbers if anyone want to call in support LOL I have had it with these morons and the dealership, the one that says they are the largest dealer in NC said they had no clue take it somewhere else. Hell I bought the boat from them. The best part is how I figured out to email the President of BRP and several VPs. That is what they are really pi$$ed about LOL
Check out the pics.

Internet Marketing and Consulting
Hey man , as long as you are posting facts about what is happining screw them post on the site what you want. Dont let them push you around.
Its sad they they would take the time to write you and push legal action instead of just fixing the problem and makin a customer happy.

You have your ideology and I have mine!
That's BS!
Post up some contact info and we all can start bugging them for ya!

Hey Dolphin,
This is something I am good at. You must get to a higher level in Evinrude. Someone who has the authority to make a customer happy at all cost. Don't talk to salesmen, mechanics, store owners, etc. Call Evinrude customer service and document every person you talk to and what they say. Get there name or employee #. The first person is a peeon, ask them for a supervisor. They will try to put you off but ask until you get one. The supervisor will try to put you off too most likely but after you go round and around with him, ask for the highest ranking person at Evinrude you can talk to live. Ask for the Pres. or CEO. You want get them but you will get to an admin. assistant type who will get you action. I promise this is your only solution. You must get to high ranking official.
Be nice to each person you talk to. Let them blow their lid and then report it to the next person you talk too. Document each attempt.
I am good at this. I will call on your behalf if you want. Send me a PM if I can help.

Yep, your gonna need stitches
Great site.
Last year I fished the FLW king tourny on a boat that had a pair of Fitch Rudes. I think these motors are 03's as well. They have been nothing but trouble. The Rude tech has worked up them at each and every tourney.
I'd like to link your site on a few other fishing sites if you don't mind.
Please advise!!!
BTW: I love my Suzuki's

How many names of people do you have?
I'm thinking class action lawsuit if you have a bunch.

Stop staring at my Avatar.
thanks so much
I appreciate all the support, I was a little furious this afternoon. What started their being angry today is the fact that the moron in customer service that I have delt with over the lst year, yesterday I just told him he could no longer help me. All they keep saying is take it to the dealer. Well I have done that many times now and they have not fixed the problem yet. They say take it to the dealer, I told them to come get it. Anyway so today I emailed the President of BRP and several VPs so the the Director or Warranty Service called and was a BI%^H!! They said I agreed and signed a document saying I would not discuss the repairs, so basically it was they were embarrassed that they had to replace the entire powerhead and wanted me to agree not to tell because others would want the same. Well I believe they have not fixed the problem with that so they are in violation. Anyway it was just so I would not discuss the repairs. That is all she kept saying is that I could not discuss the repairs LOL, what a joke! I TOLD HER THE REPAIRS HAVE NOT WORKED!!! So to apease them I removed wording from that page if you notice so now they can kiss my a$$ because I believe they are still in the wrong and she first said that Bobardier is not covering the warranty now. Well the problem was reported before so they still have to cover it not to mention I went with the 7 year warranty so I told her that and she said that was with a different company and I told her it was their advertisement so I could give a darn less it is their problem. Any way she said take it to the dealer. I again said no because they have not fixed it yet, then she began to belittle me by saying I am not a mechanic and how would I know and I did not know. I explained to her this is the EXACT same problem.
She said they will fix the problem with the motor. BUT THAT IS NOT THE DAYUM POINT NOW. They need to make this right. I do not have time to put this dayum thing in the shop every month. I will provide email addys and phone numbers tomorrrow when I get to the office. Thanks again everyone!!

Sit down Shut up And fish
DF have you gone to the Better Business Bureau yet I'm pretty sure your motor would also be covered under the Lemon Law as a car that is a peice of sh@t from the get go!!! They have a funny way of making things right???PEACE
