BOTTOM BOUNCING 8-18

headed out of beaufort about 4:30 & after dodging some waterspouts, we finally got to our 1st spot. we managed to catch some reds, a scamp, grunts, beeliners, small triggers, silver snapper, & an american red. the bite was a little slow, but a lot of fun. here are a few pics of our day:8-18 bottom fishing 008.jpg

Capt., What a great catch. It just goes to show those that persevere will catch fish. How in he!! do you not poke holes in your seats with all those sharp grouper spines and gaff close by? Wahoo Too

Nice job on the fish Chip. Great picture of the spout as well. Looked a little nasty at this point.

Very nice catch fellas I wouldn't mind having a slow day like that! Just love the color and shape of a red coming out of the water with its dorsal up...
How far were you from that twister?
