WHILE HANGING OUT ONE EVENING AT THE TARBORO HUNTING CAMP....SOME LOCAL RED'S PILED UP A MOUND OF CHARCOAL ON A GRILL AND BROKE OUT A 25 POUND SACK OF WINGS....
PLACE DA CUT WINGS IN A 5 GAL BUCKET(OR YOU MAY USE A CLEAN BAKING DISH)
TAKE ONE GALLON OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR .....POUR OUT A MSALL PORTION OF THE VINEGAR TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE SPICE....AND ADD ONE PACKET OF "CHARLIE MILL'S" SPICE MIX TO THE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR....SHAKE THE VINEGAR CONTAINER TIL IT'S BLENDED WELL. YOU CAN ALSO STORE THE UNUSED PORTION UNTIL THE NEXT FEEDBAG OUTING.
NOW SMOTHER THE CHICKEN WINGS WITH THE VINEGAR MIX AND LET IT SOAK IN THE BUCKET FOR A WHILE....ALLOW THE BIRD TO B R E A T H THE NECTAR...LET IT ...."INHALE" THE PALATE TWANG.
NEXT, ....JUST SIMPLY PILE THE BIRD PARTS ONTO THE RED HOT GRILL AND LET THE BRICQUETS DO THEIR THING....THE GRATED DECK ON YOUR CLIMBING STAND CAN ALSO ACT AS A GRILL....BE SURE TO CLEAN THE MUD OFF YOUR CLIMBING STAND AND BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN DOWN THE TREE WHILE COOKING
