time is just around the corner. And so is the MARTINIS "HOOK A HOO" RODEO. This years tourney is set up for April 22nd-May1st. 10 days to choose but one day to fish. No excuses with it was to rough or I had to work, you got 10 days to pick from. Once again, the tournament is 100% charitable with all proceeds raised going to the Shriner Childrens Hospitals of the Carolinas. The last three years the fisherman and community have raised over $30,000 for the cause. This year hopes to add to that number. Come be a part of something special.

This year a special donation has been made to the tournament and will soon be put up for auction. Keep checking back for more information on the offering. Its sure to be exciting!

As in the past, we will provide some products for your raffles. I wish that it could be a truckload. Times are tough in the tackle industry (and in many other industries as well) and we have pulled in our horns as far as being able to support as many tournaments as we have in the past, but the cause here makes this tournament one that there is no way that we can ignore. I hope that others can sit back for a second and just imagine the joy that the Shriners bring to little children who had little-to-no hope when the care that they give and your tournament helps support turns their little lives around.

Thanks Fred. Its people like you that make this happen. We are just a vehicle, you guys put the gas in the car. It has been a tough year for us all but we will continue to do what we can for the Shrine Hospitals. Every dollar we send them is one they didn't have. I hope that I never need their services, but I've seen what they do for kids, every kid out there deserves a chance, and this organization helps so many. Their philanthropy is second to none and we are honored to be associated with them.
