Thanks guys! I just got done a 2 day course on buisness writing and I needed some practice.

There was no live bait to be had anywhere and knew it would come done to finding moving water and some structure. The couple of days we were there, the water was very low and it was tough to find suitable water that a boat could get into without spooking the fish. We set up just outside a pond which had water flowing thru and pitched a Berkley Gulp shrimp in a new penny color to the feeding reds. It was very odd to have fish consistently striking under a cork under the conditions but I counted 7 cast in a row that I was bowed up with a red on the other line. I would assume that these fish were in some backwater pond and were finally seeing some rising water and fresh bait so that's what started the bite.
