Well, fishing in very deep water with electrics is the only way to go...manual just doesn't cut it.

But yes, I'm all about getting meat to the boat fast...Maybe the reason why we've been so successful in tournaments...Speed is Key....Also, we are competing against big sharks and cudas in the islands...hate them bastards.

Its a different World down there....lots of interesting species...most are considered excellent eating...clean cold meat...few if any parasites...Recorder sometimes vertically marks several hundred ft. of fish off mountain peek, ledges or shelves.

We fish with heavy weights...chicken rig with several circle hooks...glow beads and lights...Just about any bait will do...I like squid and Mr. Barry Cuda.
