    Mrs. Capt-D, Liam and Avery!

Anyone a travel agent on here?

Momma wants to get away for a couple of days (4) to somewhere with sun and sand before she is too far along with the pregnancy and I am looking for an kid (23 month old) friendly all inclusive (i.e. Mexico/Caribbean) for cheap (6-800 pp). This would be a total veg trip and not necessary a fishing destination (although if there happens to be fishing than good for me)

    Any suggestions?

We have been to Punta Cana and it was ok and would consider going back because its cheap!

I'm not a cruise guy, but the wife and I did one from NYC a few years back. It was less than $800 and a great (read cheap) way to see Bermuda. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Check it out, you can go right from Baltimore:

The best place I've found in our area is gonowvacations.com By far the best deals. I've used them no less than 10 times for vacations south and west.

Call the hotline and listen to the smoker woman's voice. It's worth it even you don't use them.

we have considered the cruise thing but given the short time, and the fact that most want to charge almost a full fare for a 22 month old we decided to save that for a trip where just the two of us go or a group of adults. Most of the all inclusives wont charge for <24 moths and neither do the airlines. Thats one of the reasons we want to get it in before June 28 when he turns 2.

Doug you gotta remember I am a cheap SOB!

If you only knew my fried, if you only knew! Nana has been living in my basement while she hunts for a house down here (my wife is from Rhode Island). Why do you think we want to get away?

Of course if I could get her to pay rent (or at least turn a f-ing light out when she leaves a room, maybe we could afford a cruise!

One porch monkey in the crib and another on the way---- man- o-man are you in for a rude awakening when it comes to turning out the lights--- and for that matter, understanding poverty.
What I don't want to understand is if this is a "veg" trip and momma in law is already in living in da basement-----------
