Any Macks or Cobes Around?

I've got a 7yr.old @ home thats dying to get out on the big pond,he told me he's bored w/ the bass fishing and needs a saltwater fix. Not that I couldn't use one myself Just wondering since the weather still isn't looking to good for the wknd.(as usual) if there are decent #'s of american macks or any cobes showed up around MHC yet.Just wanting to get out and fish with the boy,anybody got some info.Plus my wife told me to get the hell out of the house for the wknd.and quit whining about the wind and not being able to get out fishing.

theres plenty of spanish around, and ive seen a few cobes from the pier, so im sure there are some around the shoals...

if the fan turns off anytime

The cobia are defiantely around ,b ut the menhaden are not very plentiful. I would catch some bluefish for bait. ther are a hand full of spanish macks around, but the winds have gotten the water very dirty and they are ont biting as well as they should be.

the good thing about the cobes in MHC, weather is no problem since you are fishing insice the sound.
