    I think you need to go to work for NOAA....

    ....in Silver Spring, MD. Located 400' from the front door of our 17 story office building in Silver Spring is this little gem. Right up you alley, blue plate and all.

    YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and never a wait. Everyone else is eating focccccccccccccccccia.

    Don't know how many of yall have traveled on the Eastern Shore but the Exmore Diner in Exmore, Va (Glenn, you may have visited this one before) has some good grub. Not on the highway though so if you don't know it's on the way into Exmore you would not see it passing through on RT 13.

    As for Hamburger places from the past ...Skokos Drive in in Point Beach. Has been around since the 40's I think ... of course some real estate developer decided this lot ( across the street from the Point Pleasant Beach Party Boat Fleet ) would be an IDEAL spot for some more condos

    I'm surprised( can't believe )that Carlson's Corner ( a hamburger place right on Manasquan Inlet) hasn't succum to the $$$$$ pressures ..... yet
