    Ok....take off your dark cloaks of trout secrecy for a minute...

    whats goin on down there... :-)


    i dun want spots or anything, i just wanna know if its happening yet with those spotted things...


    anyone else getting antsy?..

    boxes of mirro's and gulps at the ready...all reels with fresh 10lb braid..


    mmmm im ready for this cold front alrdy..went out this morning for a little bit in shorts, t-shirt.and flip flops...just didnt feel right for trout fishing ..

    sitting inside listening to some pounding WARM rain isnt helping..........



    ive been out in the yak playing with pups on topdogs, and just hopin one of them will stay on top and shake his mouth outa the water a lil bit with a few snaggle teeth :-) and mayb hve a few extra spots

    running late this year, as seems to be the case with lots of other fishes. a few nights in the 50's and a 2-3 degree drop in water temp ought to do it. im antsy as hell, as we were mopping up on them by this time last year and in years past. were are still picking at them, but nothing to get very worked up over........

    hell yeah this time last year i was hittin up the surf everyday afterschool(god that word alone scares me now..schoo..schoo..nope, cant bring myself to saying it)


    let me know when the surf starts boilin with em down there..might make a few night trips :-)

    damn i havnt become that southern yet......i dont admit this much but NJ born and raised! AH! i dont say that huntin/fishin much around here for safety reasons..


    yeh been catching drum outa the yak(KAYAK)....just hopin one of these times instead of a drum the fish comes up top and shakes its head a little( aka speckled trout-type actions) :-)
