Gaffing is like batting for me. Sometimes I can do no wrong and hit it out of the park every time. Other times I get on streaks where I have no business with a gaff in my hand. Cant hit anything but the leader

Just wondering, how do you spray anything in a fish's mouth? While in the water or while on the gaff? If I am on the gaff I make sure the fish box (in my boats they have always been in the back, with the new Grady I will be having to take the fix all the way to the bow, so that changes the game) is open and sling it right in.
