No doubt about it, those Africans are great fighters and wonderful eating. We caught a lot of them down in The Baja and the pangas out of Fishermens Fleet in La Paz does a number on them.

No limits that I know of down there on the big pomps and if there is one, it is probably ten ! They fillet and professional vac seal and freeze your fish for you, so you can take 'em home. The surf down there is chock full of the biggest kind of "regulation" permit too. Pass the almondine sauce and heat up the skillet!

Whenever and wherever you catch the Africans, they are terrific fish in many ways.
