    4/19 Big Rock

The catching report will have to wait for next trip

For the first day our this year, I guess we had a pretty good shakedown. Not a lot of action.

Started out on the NE corner of the Rock and it was cold, green water and no signs of life. Worked our way out deep without much of a change, while hoping to find warm blue water - wasn't gonna happen.

Came back in to the mid 600s and finally started marking some stuff. the water was looking a bit better and some scattered week - finally get a knockdown, but it threw the hook. Then the planer goes off along with the bridge pole - Manage to put a weehoo in the boat off of the planer and a biteoff on the bridge pole. Our last bite was a wahoo on the planer that spit the hook just out of gaff range.

It was nice to get back on the water maybe next time more action.
