4-03 fishing report, MHC

Just a quick report, I'm sure Sal will post a compleat report with Pic's. I went on a fun trip with Sal Gozzo on the Hooligan II, a 32 Jarrett bay. After a late start we put lines in a litle north of the Northeast Corner. Within 10 min we had our first two mahi's of the trip,one slinger and a nice 30+ gaffer. A little while later we put an other 30+ gaffer in da box...
We moved offshore in search of a billfish but it wasn't our day. Ended the day with a few dolphins for the table.

Hey Drew,

We ended up going, but with the forecast and the up and down catches i didn't think it to be a good idea to have you drive from Charlotte to fish. If the big boat was in the water maybe. She finely is ready and looks great!! She will be splashed tomorrow. Keep in touch. Jackey will make our charter customers very happy and comfy. He is a great kid with an awesome work ethic. He also by the way is a great mate with a world of experience, who feels very at home in the cockpit!!!!!!!
