Look at the head on that rascal! Very nice catch Billy! I'll bet he fought like the dickens! Those spring choppers are mean and hungry. Same fish will weigh at least 5 lbs more by November!

if you know what you're doing and the fish is taken care of properly that's some good eating. Most people don't or are too chicken to try. And i'm not talking about the stupid old cedar plank recipe. They may be oily and strong flavored but so are tunas and no one snubs their noses at them. bluefish make a much better fish salad than longfin.
