1st Big Rock trip of 2007!
Today with a crew of seven we fished the 90' drop to the N and E of the Big Rock, 640 line. Had a nice 28# hoo take a planer bait in the AM and missed 2 tuna's taking a swipe at our baits. A little later we had a nice tuna on for 20 minutes and pulled the hook at the boat, don't ya hate that! Around 2PM with the wind picking up to 20+ we got attacked by the PACK! 4 tuna's on at the same time, all on 30's!! We had quite the chinese fire drill!! By the great teamwork of the cockpit crew we landed 3 out of the 4!!Great fun!
Sea ya,
Fred
