LUKE, MY FRIEND,........KEEP IT UP. I GOT A LITTLE BOY YOUNGER THAN YOU THAT GET'S FIRED UP EVERYTIME WE TALK HUNTING OR FISHING AROUND OUR HOUSE.
HE LOOKS AT THE TUNA AND WHITE MARLIN PICS ON MY WALL AND JUST GOES NUTS......
EVERYTIME I COME HOME FROM NET FISHING WITH A LOAD OF FISH HE WANTS TO ICE 'EM ALL DOWN AND HE HAS TO MAKE ME TAKE EVERYONE OUT OF THE COOLERS AND HE WANTS TO SEE 'EM ALL.......
I THINK HE MIGHT HAVE A LITTLE ANIMAL IN HIM,......
....AND I THINK YOU MIGHT HAVE A LITTLE IN YOU TOO.....
KEEP YOUR EYES IN THE FIELD AND ON MARTY...CAN TEACH YOU MORE THAN YOU COULD EVER LEARN MY FRIEND...
I can't wait until I get a boat of my own, my little 1o year old sister begs me to take her out tuna fishing. She wants to catch one so bad because she sees how much I love fishing. I can't wait until the day a tuna hits the deck when my little sister is on the boat.....
Keep up the great stories Luke. Kids and fishing just go together and their stories is where the big ones get caught. Be sure to snap a few photos along the way for bragging.
I started fishing when I was 4 and it has been in my blood ever since. I enjoy writing fishing stories as well. As a matter of fact, I recently finished one of my term papers for college, and it was a narrative about my first bluewater fishing trip!!!!
That is awesome Marty, or should I say priceless at that age.
I remember 2 years ago the neighbor kid never went fishing and he was I believe 14, & a tall 14 also. We took him out Salmon fishing for the first time in the Ocean and he caught his 1st. salmon ever. He was talking about it for days. Ever since then he's been hooked.
Gotta love the junior anglers that will someday be our future fishermen & women.
Here is some photo's of him & I after the trip. Plus a few fishing buddies photos. Check out the Miss Junior Angler

Gotta love the Kids
