Ah, what a great day with great friends it was except for the 8 footers trying to crush and roll us all day... but for me...the best of the best went to bat and I got to see it yesterday. Now you ALL know that the Box can rig can rig a sock so Mr. Blue slob will have to eat it...you know what I mean...CAN'T STAND IT, HAVE TO EAT IT RIGS AND AS GOOD AS HE IS AT RIGIGNG...seeing him fight a fish as good as he rigs a bait...well I just don't have the words to discribe it, no wasted enegry, no wasted movements, no mistakes just bring the fish to the back of the boat to the gaff and to see Seafood and Gaffman work. Oh what a sight it was to see this in person. Now have I told you he did this in 6 to 8' seas having breakers trying to flip the boat of stuff the bow down so deep that the pit had a foot of water in it most of the time with the cooler moving around the pit freely.Yep I bet Box had this dream again last night, I know I did! Sorry guys that I could not find us the cover up that we wanted but I couldn't ask for a better with better friends than we had. Leave, fish, home, SAFE, and we got to see the black and white furry thing fly out of the boat at a high rate of speed.

Lee, dude youre just plane awesome man, great personality and monster at the helm. Didnt matter weather we caught 1 or 10, either way, felt great dude. And ya did awesome keepn that boat under control out there


And Jhon, well thank you for the ride, enjoyed the conversations and it was a great ride!! I appreciate it, and next time its my turn. Also great work in the pit dude, especially that dropback, almost nailed that tuners azz to!!!

Thanks again marty for the invite and glad i was able to come. Too bad I didn't come tight on that one tuna but after dropping it back to him 2 times and just about half the spool gone theres not much more I can do. Had a great time out there with great people as said before.

Wish we could of smoked their asses but hey its better then sitting at home and reading about this shit.

Shane no problem with the ride, just glad I didn't do it solo would of made for a long ass trip.

Last time I fished with you, you dropped back to a Mahi 6 times before you got em.

I have fished with Captain Lee too. Captain Lee put us on the fish on the BITE ME last year in the Barta Tournament. My son got his first billfish because of Captain Lee. He is awesome at what he does.

Johnsseafood leadered that fish for my son that day.
