I saw on the news last night the Attorney General started handing out the fines as promised a month or so ago for gouging. Said there are still HUNDREDS more to issue throughout the state. He is also making each place that was caught gouging pay back every customer the overage per gallon by crediting the accounts back for those that paid with credit cards. If you paid in cash and you have a receipt you have 30 days to collect. Plus, the business is fined $5,000.00!
