BEAR LAKE: (October 21) Anglers have had the most success jigging and trolling using downriggers in 65 to 85 feet of water off Gus Rich Point and along the east side at Cisco Beach and Rainbow Cove. The best trolling lures have been flatfish and Rapalas. Anglers who are jigging are using tube jigs tipped with cisco. You can launch a boat at the Utah State Park marina and 1st Point. For updates, call the recorded fishing information report after 6:00p.m. at 435–946-8501.
