Lake Chelan Adventures Fishing Report October 25th, 2011

Lake Chelan Laketrout bite was on fire today!!! We boated 14 laketrout in a halfday, and didn't start fishing until 10:30am..Big fish today was 14lbs. 2 oz..Great Battle too..
Also I have to tell you I had something happen today that was a first. We hooked a fish and battled it up to the surface when it shook it's head and the hooks came out of the fish when it was behind the boat about 150ft. The Air Bladder on the fish had expanded and it could not dive back down so I turned the boat to recover the fish when a Bald Eagle snatched it right in front of us..Incredible!!!!
