common sense alone says to strenghen the economy....NOT destroy it and that is the path you will be taking....... just imagine the impact in Maryland alone....if all marinas and marine related services came to a halt....the loss of revenue......the jobs lost.......how many watermen/commercial fishermen would be put out of work adding to the already high unemployment rate....fishing for many of us is a cherished form of recreation.....others a family pasttime....while for others their livelihoods.....

Maryland is but a small state that relies heavily on the riches that the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean provide....just imagine Ocean City and inland towns along the Chesapeake Bay....WELL I CAN NOT IMAGINE.......

for those that create policies and make key decisions.....turn on the bilge pumps......keep the boat afloat........do not let us sink without even a lifejacket.....
