To Whom It May Concern

Hello, My name is Jeff Williams, born and raised in Charlotte, NC., 51 years old and I don't remember fishing not ever being part of my life, whether it be fishing in A creek, pond, lake or my number one preference, the Ocean. Some of my fondest memories today are my fishing experiences when I was five years old fishing at Sebastain Inlet, Florida. I have been fishing on charter boats and private boats since I was twelve years old, at Little River SC, South Port, NC., and Morehead City NC. I have tried to make it part of my three daughters (26, 21,and 12 years old) lives as they were growing up, I also have A one year old granddaughter that I hope she gets to experience the same fishing as all of us have. I only fish recreational, but my heart goes out to all the commercial fishermen, charter boat and head boat captains, tackle shops, resteraunts, boat mfg., and on down the line that it directly affects. I have A hard time understanding how this could be happening, when it affects so many lives, by people making the laws and rules that don't have all of the facts. All I'm asking, is please reconsider and let everyone get on with there lives. Times are bad enough right now without all this nonsense. Thank You Jeff Williams
