Furuno Mod. 1720 16 Mile radar. Unit was used when I bought it to place on my 28ft. Formula Cabin cruiser. Was transfered to Colorado and sold the boat but kept the radar and other electronics. Have stored and moved this enough. I purchased this from a radar repair shop. This was on a sailboat and the owner left the unit on full time. The old motor would turn the radom at all time even when not transmitting. The new motor turns only when transmitting. This has 0 hours since the repair. I powered the unit up in the garage and you can see from the display the unit does work. The cable is long enought to mount on the mast of a sailboat or on top of the tuna tower and reach the wheel house. Furuno is the most widely used radar systems used on charter boats nationwide.
