They ruin the part, due to their inability, and then claim it was defective or not what they originally ordered. We have tried to be more then fair in all our transactions, but have found not all ebayers are honest!!! Some people claim, they have not received what they bought â??which is not trueâ?? forcing us to revise-recap & explain, our policies â??very clearlyâ?? as follows: PRODUCT INSPECTION: All our products are checked, inspected and serviced, by a certified factory trained technician. They are pretested to verify each part works properly and has no defects at time of shipping. The items are also custom packed for shipping to protect and insure against any damage in transit. We only ship UPS, unless other arrangements are made â??prior to biddingâ??. Shipping insurance is included with the shipping cost. Please DONâ??T bid unless you are absolutely sure you have provided all the information needed to verify you are ordering the correct part. If you provide the correct information, you WILL receive the correct part. You will be contacted following the sale to verify you have ordered the correct replacement part for your application. Buyer contact Following Sale We the seller will contact you the buyer, by phone, to confirm the information received on the purchase is correct and accurate â??before shippingâ??.
