This is a BRAND new Mercury 225 Sport XS with a high performance lower unit done by the factory. This motor does not come with prop or controls. We are a marine dealership and we can sell you the prop and controls. This motor retails just below $20,000 but we need to move it and that is why the reserve is VERY low.
