The lower end shifts smooth as it should. The power tilt and trim does not work. We believe it needs a new seal. We had this boat out at the lake this summer and it ran like a champ. This is a pick up only auction. If you want it shipped you would be responsible for crating and shipping. You can e-mail me if you like and we can talk options for getting it to you.
