Just painted, 1966 Chevrolet short wde bed 4x4 pickup. I found this truck sitting in Oklahoma looking for a new home after the owner had been told to remove it from his yard. Other than paint and general clean up, I have not done a lot to the truck. I have driven this truck only once to the muffler shop and it seems to run great. I purchased this truck to fix up and resell due to it being so unique. It has a Chevrolet 350 4bl. with block #V0822TKA. The front and rear differentials are Jeep with lock out hubs. The transmission is a Chevrolet turbo 400. This truck also has power disk brakes, power steering, tilt steering wheel and air conditioning. The air conditioner needs charged but still has enough freon to run the compressor. The truck is NOT best of show quality but looks nice. The bed floor has been replaced with exterior plywood, primed and painted. The underneath side of the truck has the normal rust areas as does the inside of the bed next to the floor. This is a very unique truck with many additional optiions on it now that was not available in 1966. The tires are 32" Super Swampers. The front have alot of tread but the rear does not. These old vehicles are expensive so please ask any questions that you may have and I will get back to you as soon as possible. The odometer shows 43891 as does the title but I it most likely has been around once. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 will be required within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment will be required within 7 days of the end of the auction. The truck will not be removed until all funds have cleared. This truck is sold "as is" and all sales are final. No buyers remorse will be accepted and absolutely no warranty is implied. Bank Cashiers check, cash or bank wire will be accepted. Buyer is responsible to make their own shipping arrangements and to pay the costs.
