Brand new cables on fully functional hydraulic motors to set the spuds and lift them back up. 100' x 30' x 9'. Last dry dock 2/20/2008. 20kw diesel generator/air conditioning/ heat/restroom/fresh water tank. Use this unique barge as your sea wall and clubhouse for your yacht club. The deck house can be custom configured for an additional charge. Vessel is located in Newburgh, NY, and must be picked up and removed from the property by the buyer within 14 days, with all transportation arrangements to be made by the buyer.
