Cat Engines have less than 300 hours , 15 k.w. generator approx 500 hrs. recently serviced, water-pumps and starters overhauled. Dual Marine Air conditioners, recently serviced. Bottom, freshly painted. Exterior buffed and waxed., Complete electronics package, (radar, bottom, sounder, chart plotter, auto-pilot, radios and more) Delta Boats built 8 of these 48 ' trawler type boats. This boat is designed to comfortably accomodate 10 passengers. V-berth and mid-ship berths ( seperated quarters) are equipped with 10 double size bunks,head and shower. Galley is fully equipped with eat-in dining area.(10'x16'). Staging area w/head designed for tank storage and divers preperation Aft cockpit area w/shower (11'x8') can also serve as fishing area. Top level w/bridge and seating for 8-10 passengers, is enclosed with izenglass curtains. Deck area immediately behind bridge is 11'x16' and is multi-purpose. Ceiling height on main deck and bridge are 7 foot, ceiling height in sleeping quarters 6'6". The heads/bathrooms are largeer than most boats of this size. This boat could easily become a liveaboard. The engine room/bilge area is very clean and all components are easily accesable. A.C. Units are also easily servicable.
